Dude, getting back into blogging after a hiatus is rough.
Seriously – you get all these ideas and you think “Oh I’ll make this, and these and OO some of those…” and then real life throws in a few required errands and family visits and poof!
You’ve only made one recipe in a few weeks.
(Cue largest sigh ever)
I imagine now that the weather is appropriately cool (I do not appreciate 90+ degrees in September, thank you very much) I will be able to crank out the recipes I’ve been itching to try over the past few weeks.
For now, I have some lovely oatmeal cookies to share with you!
Classic cookies with a fun flavor twist that’s perfect for autumn, these cranberry white chocolate oatmeal cookies disappeared in minutes when I brought them in for my co-workers.
I hope they are a smash hit at your home too! If you’re new to baking, this is a great introductory drop-cookie recipe. No hard-to-find ingredients, no insane waiting times or special instructions…
just good, old-fashioned cookies that pack a whole lot of comfort in each and every bite.
What have you been baking now that autumn is officially here? Have any suggestions of treats or grub you’d like to see here on the blog? Let me know in the comments!
